Little Blasters
Little Blasters
Little Blasters is a program designed to introduce the game of soccer to 5 through 8 year-old children. Players will be taught a variety of soccer skills using games that are fun and age appropriate. Our Little Blasters program provides a positive learning environment where children are encouraged to develop self-confidence, build relationships with peers, gain an awareness of physical fitness, and most importantly a sense of sportsmanship.
All the coaches for Little Blasters have gone through training where they have learned how to break technical soccer skills down and teach them to children. One of our main goals is to provide a positive soccer experience for every child in the program.
Little Blasters will have a spring, summer and fall program this year:
Fall session: September 12, 19, 26 and October 3 from 4:00 to 5:15 p.m. at Boundary Creek Playfields. Registration fee is $60.

Weather policy: If it is lightly raining, Little Blasters will still be held. It would be canceled due to lightning. Unfortunately, there will be no refunds for a lost session due to dangerous weather.

Intermediate Little Blasters
This program is designed for 7 and 8 year-old children who have played soccer before and are looking for a little more of a challenge. Each session will consist of a training session followed by a series of short, small-sided games. Our Intermediate Little Blasters program provides a positive learning environment where children are encouraged to develop self-confidence, build relationships with peers, gain an awareness of physical fitness, and most importantly a sense of sportsmanship.
Intermediate Little Blasters will have a spring, summer and fall program this year:

**All Intermediate Little Blasters registrants will have the opportunity to participate in our U8 Jamboree that will be hosted at Cedar Island Elementary on June 26 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Players from Minnetonka and St. Michael/Albertville will also be participating in this event. This jamboree will serve as a great introduction to competitive club soccer in an exciting and enjoyable environment.
