Fall 2010 Uniforms
Due to extremely limited inventory, fall uniform ordering has closed.
If you are New to MapleBrook:
If you missed the ordering window for buying from Mary & Pam or Chad, please ask your coach or team manager if they know a player that played summer, but isn't playing fall who would be willing to lend you their jersey set. The requirements for uniforms is a bit less strict during fall soccer than summer so you can combine the borrowed jerseys with a pair of red athletic shorts and a white sock set and a black sock set (you'll need both) that you can purchase at any athletic store. (Planet Soccer does carry the socks in our kits in-store and offers our members a discount.)
If you are a Returning MapleBrook Player:
You will use your Summer 2010 uniforms. If you need replacement items (shorts, jerseys, warm-ups), contact Mary or Pam. If you need extra or replacement socks, they can be purchased directly from Planet Soccer.
Summer 2011 Uniforms
If you are New to MapleBrook:
You will need to purchase a uniform kit for 2011. See below for details. Fittings will occur at the Annual General Meeting in October.
If you are a Returning MapleBrook Player:
Check the condition and fit of your uniform NOW!! We will be taking orders for replacement pieces (shorts, jerseys, warm-ups) at the AGM. This will be your first and final opportunity to guarantee that we can keep you looking sharp on the pitch. All orders taken after November 1 will be filled only as possible based on supply from adidas. See FAQ link below for details on why.
Spirit Wear
MapleBrook Soccer Association is excited to announce our new online store! The store will be open quarterly and you will be able to purchase sweatshirts, windbreakers, and hats with a click of a mouse.
Unfortunately, the online store is closed at this time. Please watch the website for details on the next ordering opportunity!
Uniforms
MapleBrook is entering the 3rd year of a 3 year uniform cycle (Summer 2009 – Fall 2011 seasons)
For the Fall 2010/Summer 2011 seasons, the uniform package costs $100 and includes:
- 2 jerseys (1 black, 1 red)
- 1 pair of shorts (red)
- 2 pair of socks (1 black, 1 white)
- 1 back-pack
Optional (due to potentially limited supply since this is the final year of Adidas's production of this warm-up):
- Warm-up pants and jacket (comes as a set)
- Add $50 to cost of uniform package ($150 total)
New members are required to purchase the full package. Returning members can purchase additional/replacements pieces at individual costs. Replacement socks can be purchased at Planet Soccer (contact information & location below).
Initial orders for uniforms are taken during the Annual General Meeting in the fall.
To guarantee delivery before the start of the season, uniform orders must be placed no later than November 1, 2010. MBSA and Planet Soccer will make every effort to fullfill uniform orders placed between November 1, 2010 and March 1, 2011 prior to the start of the season, although adidas supply may inhibit the ability to do so. Orders placed after March 1, 2011 cannot be guaranteed to be fulfilled prior to the start of the season and sizing adjustments may need to be made to get a uniform.
Uniforms will be available just prior to the start of the season in May, including those orders taken at the AGM.

Embroidery
- Warm-up pants: Leg (numbers only)
- Warm-up top: Back (number and/or initials)
- Back-pack (number and/or initials)
The cost of the uniform packages does not include embroidery. Each of the above options costs $4. (For example: All of the above options are selected, total cost is $20. If numbers only for all of the above are selected, total cost is $12.)
IMPORTANT: MapleBrook and/or our uniform vendor will NOT refund/exchange any embroidered apparel due to incorrect sizing issues. Please ensure your uniform fits correctly before placing an embroidery order.

Uniform Steering Committee
