If you wish to have your warm up embriodered, please make sure you check the box on the ordering page.
Warm Up Jacket - last name on the back near the neck
Warm Up Pant - Jersey number on the front near the hip.
Jersey Numbers
All returning players will keep their current jersey number.
All new players will be assigned a jersey number
Players with a duplicate jersey number will be contacted later this month to resolve the duplication.

Small - up to Youth size 4 shoe
Medium - Women's size 5-9.5, Mens' size 5 - 8.5 (shoe)

All players (U09 through U17) are required to purchase the full uniform package.
MapleBrook Soccer Association is beginning the 1st year of a 2 year uniform cycle
(Summer 2012 – Fall 2013 seasons). The uniform package will include:
- red jersey
- silver jersey
- 1 pair of shorts
- red socks
- silver socks
- warm up pants
- warm up jacket

Spirit Wear-Online ordering now available for adidas Spirit Wear
By popular request, we have developed an adidas Spirit Wear package for MapleBrook fans. Due to the lead times from adidas & the discount pricing from Planet Soccer, there is a limited ordering window, beginning with the AGM and ending November 30. We are also in the process of updating the rest of our Spirit Wear package. Coming soon will be new sweatshirts, t-shirts, women’s tank tops and hats. We will inform everyone when it has been finalized and is ready to order. In the meantime, EmbroidMe in Maple Grove still offers the previous year’s Spirit Wear for purchase – contact them directly to order.
