Fundraising is good way to offset your soccer expenses.  MapleBrook Soccer Association has a Fundraising Policy in place to ensure the proper collection and disbursement of fundraising dollars.

• If your team would like to do a fundraiser, please fill out a Fundraising Request Form for the fundraiser and submit it to the executive committee. 
• If you would like to know your account balance, please email our accountant, Carolyn Peterson.  
• If you would like to submit a request to use your fundraising money, complete the Fundraising Check Request Form.
• Approved fundraising opportunities are summarized below.

Earn money while you shop at your favorite stores or restaurants. Earn 2-18% at local businesses. Orders go in the 5th of every month and you will receive your gift certificates two-three weeks later! Go to the Great Lakes Scrip website (www.glscrip.com) to see the most current retailer listing (make sure to check the website frequently because retailers and percentages change).

Set up your account at www.shopwithscrip.com.  On the top left side, under "Family Sign Up" click on create account.  Complete the enrollment process by filling out your personal information.  At the end of the enrollment process, you need to put in the enrollment code.  Click here for enrollment code.  Mail your check for your order to: Attn: Scrip, MBSA, 13570 Grove Drive, #256, Maple Grove, MN  55311.  Full payment is due at the time of the order.

Buy a Gift Certificate for $24.95 and have $10.00 put in your fundraising account! Oil changes are good at Maple Grove Auto.  Please send a check payable to MBSA and mail it to: Attn: Fundraising, MBSA, 13570 Grove Drive, #256, Maple Grove, MN.  Please indicated how many oil change coupons you would like, name of the player and team, and address you would like the coupons mailed to.  Or contact Susan Hahn-Hamamoto  via email or phone (763-244-6433) to make arrangements to pick the coupons up.

Your fundraising account will earn approximately $9 per taste test and you will earn whatever they are paying for that taste test. You can visit the Food Perspectives website at www.foodperspectives.com to learn more information. Sign up online at the following link: Online Signup. Please be sure to contact Susan Hahn-Hamamoto  to let her know that you are signing up and the name of the player who should receive credit for your taste tests.

Each Spring, Lynde's Greenhouse in Maple Grove has been providing bedding plants, hanging baskets, 3-gallon patio pots, and 1-gallon perennials. A portion of the profit is distributed to the individual player accounts based upon their total sales between 30-40%, depending on the number of orders. Earn 15% on gift certificates;  gift certificates of $25, $35 or $50.  This is an individual fundraiser (managers are not responsible for collecting a team order).

Here is an overview of what is new for 2012:
-New items are marked with a * on the order form.
-2011's Perennial Sun Garden has changed to a Perennial Sun/Shade Garden with new plants!
-All new 6" Perennials with the exception of the Karl Foerster Grass.
-An All New Addition is the 12" Herb Bowl available in either an Italian Combo or SouthWestern Combo.
-See the planting plans for the Veggie Garden and the Neutral Perennial Garden.

Please have people make their checks out to you (individual fundraiser--not the manager) then you (as the individual fundraiser) write one check payable to MBSA to submit with your plant order.

**Please fill out your order form complete, with quantities and totals. Also please add your email on your order form and a volunteer will email to confirm we have your order and check.  Please keep a copy of your order form for your records.

Either mail your order form and one check payable to MBSA to Carrie Des Marais at 8930 Dallas Lane North, Maple Grove, MN  55369.  Or drop your order at Carrie's home anytime between 4/1/2012 and 4/16/2012.  She will have a box on her front step.

There will be no exceptions past the deadline date.  Order form is below.  Money will either roll over to the following fall or summer soccer season, or a refund will be given since this fundraiser is after the April 1st deadline when all club and team fee payments are due.  The approximate delivery/pickup date is May 9th, 2012  You will be contacted our order is ready to be picked up by a Fundraiser Volunteer.
