Email Distribution List
If you are not currently on the Coach/Manager Email Distribution List (Yahoo Group), please email Susan Hahn-Hamamoto and ask to be added.
The club has a "No Pay, No Play" policy: All fees must be paid before a player's pass will be released. This includes the volunteerism check deposit.
In addition, there is also a "No PACT, No Play" policy: one parent of each new player is required to attend a parent PACT seminar prior the start of the summer soccer season. See the MBSA PACT page for more information about this program and its importance to MBSA.
Please plan ahead! Since we are now into the season, it will take the field coordinator one - two days to reply with a confirmed reschedule.
PROCESS
MBSA Coach/Manager should determine three possible dates with the away team.
Email our Field Coordinator, using the template that appears when you click the link.
If the template does not appear, include in your message:
Game Number
Teams (Home & Away)
Date
Time
Field
3 Alternate Dates
The Field Coordinator will work with the City of Maple Grove to find a field on one of the provided dates and will confirm back to you the reschedule information.
MBSA Coach/Manager should reconfirm this information with the away coach.
Once the away team accepts the new date and field, MBSA Coach/Manager must go to MYSA’s website to complete the online reschedule form (instructions).
Note: You will need your user name and password that was given at the district coaches meeting.
