| uploading pdf file problem | |

| I have VISTA, Gateway PC laptop, Internet Explorer 7.0.6, Norton anti-virus, Seagate external hard drive (back up files). When I try to upload a pdf file there is no error message; however, after it seems to load, it doesn't go to the page where you see all the uploaded files, but it goes to the page where you enter the info and attach the file you want to upload. I don't know if the pdf file is too large. When I tried to send you the file attached to a website support, I got an error message: Request object error 'ASP 0104 : 80004005' |
